Susan is a California Real Estate Salesperson. She had worked in real estate since 2001 and in the mortgage industry since 2004. Susan obtained her license and has worked for the brokerage, Corporate America Investments. She has been mentored under its Owner/Broker, Elton Behrens, who is well known in the area and has over 21 years of Real Estate Sales experience. Susan concentrates on residential transactions and believes that all real estate purchases, even your own home, should be treated as an investment.
Susan is a home owner herself and has had many experiences with her counterparts in the same capacity that you are now, a seller and/or a buyer. In addition to the knowledge she possesses in the real estate field, she also uses her personal experiences in purchasing her own homes to make your process go smoothly and be more positive. Susan continues to invest her time and money in real estate, sales, & marketing courses in order to stay abreast of the ever-changing real estate laws. In addition, she is keeping up-to-date on the most effective ways to assist buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
In addition to sales, Susan is also interested in real estate as an Investment Vehicle. Therefore, she spends much of her time in study as it relates to investment properties and strategies. Not only does she invest in order to grow her own personal portfolio, she also finds pleasure and gets great satisfaction in assisting others in their life’s goal through investing in income generating properties.
Susan also holds a Bachelor in Science degree. Susan is also a commissioned Notary Public.
